毎週水曜日19時~20時30分、荒川区内の公共施設にて太極拳 とカンフーを組み合わせたクラスを開催しています。忙しい 日々の中で感じる肩こりや腰痛、体の不調は、運動不足や姿勢 の乱れが原因であることが多いです。太極拳はゆったりとした 動きで柔軟性を高め、リラクゼーションを促し、一方でカンフ ーは速くカ強い動きで体力や代謝を向上させます。無理なく続 けられるこのクラスで、心身をリフレッシュし、毎日を軽やか に過ごしましょう。日常生活で見逃しがちな「自分の体と向き 合う時間」を、一緒に作っていきませんか?

Every Wednesday from 7:00pm to 8:30pm, a class combining Tai Chi and Kung Fu is held at a public facility in Arakawa Ward. Stiff shoulders, back pain, and other physical discomforts that we experience during our busy days are often caused by lack of exercise and poor posture. Tai Chi increases flexibility and promotes relaxation with its slow movements, while Kung Fu improves physical strength and metabolism with its fast, powerful movements.
